Why this studio exists

Our founders spent years inside brokerages and property-management offices watching capable agents lose evenings to copy-paste follow-ups. Vendors sold "AI lead gen" dashboards that produced names, not conversations. Courses promised effortless real-estate riches without mentioning licensing, compliance or the actual grind of nurturing a buyer through a Calgary winter.

RealEstateAICo was created for teams who already know how to sell — they just need the pipeline between portal alert and first meaningful call to work reliably. We are consultants who configure automation inside your existing tools. Not a brokerage hunting commission. Not a listings portal competing with Realtor.ca. Not a lifestyle brand hiding behind a .life domain.

The name is deliberate: real estate, plus AI, plus a studio that ships configured workflows. "Co" is incorporation shorthand, not a promise of partnership income without licensed work. We publish our studio address and business number openly because transparency matters in a market crowded with vague "AI opportunity" pitches.

How we work with teams

We blend CRM operations experience, content editing and integration engineering. Every external deliverable — scoring rubric, chat script, listing template — passes a human reviewer accountable for tone, fair-housing alignment and PIPEDA-appropriate data handling. We document assumptions in runbooks your ops lead can maintain without calling us for every tweak.

Engagements are projects or retainers with clear boundaries. You keep your data, your CRM and your client relationships. We do not resell contacts, run parallel campaigns or take a cut of closed deals. When a model drifts — because markets shift, not because magic wore off — retainers cover recalibration; one-off projects include a handover session.

Based in downtown Calgary, we meet Alberta teams in person when useful and support brokerages elsewhere in Canada remotely when travel adds little value. Our Beltline studio keeps us close to the brokers and property managers we serve.
