No. The .life TLD and "Co" in our name are branding only — not a lifestyle brand, not a real-estate brokerage or agent, not a listings portal, and not a course, mentorship or no-work income scheme.
RealEstateAICo Inc. is an AI enablement and automation studio that works for real-estate teams — brokerages, property managers and independent agents who already hold appropriate licences. We configure lead scoring, CRM workflows, listing content pipelines and enquiry automation with human review at every client-facing step.
We are not a self-serve software product you log into monthly. We do not list, buy, sell or represent property. AI-generated content is human-edited before publish. We do not guarantee leads, sales or investment returns. Our work follows PIPEDA and fair-housing requirements.

No. RealEstateAICo does not sell user licences or platform seats. Engagements are consultancy projects or retainers — you receive configured workflows, runbooks, edited templates and training sessions. Your team keeps using the CRM and portals you already pay for.
We may use internal tooling to build automations efficiently, but clients are not purchasing access to that tooling as a product. If you need an audit of automations your team already built, that can be scoped separately.

Automation review — a half-day structured session to map bottlenecks and propose scope. Projects — fixed deliverables such as a scoring rollout, content workflow or enquiry bot with documented handoff. Retainers — ongoing tuning, weekly score reviews and integration maintenance. All models are described in writing before work begins.

Indicative ranges appear on our Services page. A focused scoring project might land between C$4,500 and C$12,000 depending on CRM complexity and data cleanup. Content workflows often run C$2,800–C$7,500 for initial build. Retainers for tuning commonly fall between C$900 and C$5,000 per month based on integration count. We provide a written estimate after the automation review — not a generic price list.

A lead-scoring rollout typically needs six to eight weeks including CRM audit, rule build, pilot cohort and training. Content workflows can launch in three to five weeks when brand guidelines exist. Enquiry automation depends on script approval cycles — four to six weeks is common. Rush timelines may be possible; ask during scoping.

We regularly work with HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, LionDesk, Salesforce-based stacks and custom databases. Marketing tools include Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign and Klaviyo. Chat and SMS vary by client preference. If your stack has a documented API or reliable middleware, we can usually connect it — we will say no when an integration is unstable rather than promise a fragile hack.

Client data is processed primarily in Canada. When a sub-processor or AI vendor processes data outside Canada, we document that in the engagement letter and privacy policy. Scoring rules are reviewed to avoid proxies for protected characteristics — including "lifestyle" tags that map to ethnicity or family status. Marketing segments exclude discriminatory filters. Chat scripts escalate fair-housing-sensitive topics to trained humans. We document known biases when CRM data under-represents certain housing types or neighbourhoods.

No. Automation handles repeatable intake, drafting and routing. Licensed agents and your coordinators still own relationships, negotiations and compliance decisions. Every client-facing output is human-reviewed before publish. We design explicit handoff points — when a lead replies, mentions financing or expresses frustration, a person takes over with full context.

We do not act as a brokerage or agent. We do not operate a listings portal. We do not provide mortgage, investment or legal advice. We do not sell get-rich courses or no-work income schemes. We do not guarantee lead volume, closed deals or returns. We do not run crypto or tokenised real-estate products. We do not resell your contact lists.
