Terms
Terms of Use
These terms govern access to realestateaico.life and describe the scope of RealEstateAICo enablement services.
1. Agreement
By accessing realestateaico.life ("Site") you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you engage RealEstateAICo Inc. ("RealEstateAICo", "we", "us") for paid enablement services, a separate statement of work or master services agreement may supersede conflicting provisions. Where no separate contract exists, these Terms describe the general relationship.
2. Who we are — and what the name means
RealEstateAICo Inc. is a Canadian corporation providing PropTech enablement services from Calgary, Alberta. The domain realestateaico.life uses the .life top-level domain and the suffix "Co" as branding shorthand for company — not as a lifestyle product, wellness programme, no-work income scheme or consumer membership club.
"RealEstate" refers to property and the professionals who serve property markets. "AI" refers to artificial-intelligence-assisted tooling used under human review. We are a services studio, not a downloadable product, mobile app store listing or self-serve SaaS platform.
3. Services scope
RealEstateAICo configures automation for real-estate teams: lead scoring, CRM workflows, listing content pipelines, enquiry routing, marketing sequences and operational integrations. Deliverables may include documentation, templates, configured rules and training sessions. Unless explicitly stated in a signed contract, we do not provide:
- Brokerage, agency or transaction representation;
- Listings portal or MLS display services;
- Real-estate investment, mortgage, tax or legal advice;
- Education courses, mentorships or income guarantees;
- Guaranteed lead volume, appointment counts, sales or commission outcomes.
4. No brokerage, portal or course
RealEstateAICo is not a real-estate brokerage or agent under the Real Estate Act (Alberta) or equivalent provincial laws. We do not hold listings, negotiate offers, collect deposits or represent buyers or sellers. We are not a listings portal competing with Realtor.ca or regional MLS consumer sites. We are not a training company selling get-rich-in-real-estate curricula. Clients must hold appropriate licences for regulated activities they perform.
5. AI outputs and human review
Automations and AI-assisted drafts are tools for licensed professionals and their staff. Content generation, chat responses and scoring outputs are designed for human review before client-facing use. You remain responsible for published listing copy, consumer communications and compliance with CREA rules, provincial advertising standards and fair-housing law. RealEstateAICo does not warrant that AI outputs are error-free, complete or suitable without review.
6. No guaranteed results
Illustrative metrics on the Site or in proposals describe past engagements — not promises. Market conditions, CRM hygiene, team adoption and client behaviour affect outcomes. We do not guarantee leads, conversions, closed deals, revenue, time savings or return on investment. Any projection in a proposal is an estimate subject to stated assumptions.
7. Website use
You may browse the Site for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape content in violation of robots.txt, interfere with form processing or misrepresent affiliation with RealEstateAICo. Content on the Site is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission except for personal, non-commercial reference.
8. Contact forms
Information you submit must be accurate. You must not submit sensitive identifiers unnecessarily (e.g., social insurance numbers). Spam, automated bulk submissions and honeypot field entries violate these Terms. Form processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-party tools
Enablement work may interact with CRMs, email platforms, chat widgets and AI vendors governed by their own terms. You are responsible for licences and acceptable-use rules on platforms you operate. We are not liable for third-party outages, API changes or policy enforcement actions on your accounts.
10. Fair housing and compliance
Clients must use automations in compliance with fair-housing and human-rights legislation. We design scoring and messaging to reduce discriminatory proxies, but implementation and final communications remain client responsibilities. Report concerns to [email protected].
11. Privacy
Personal information handling is governed by our Privacy Policy and PIPEDA. Cookie use is described in our Cookie Policy.
12. Intellectual property
Site design, copy, trademarks and branding are owned by RealEstateAICo or licensors. Client engagements allocate ownership of bespoke templates and runbooks as stated in contracts — typically to the client upon full payment, with RealEstateAICo retaining general know-how and non-client-specific methods.
13. Disclaimers
The Site and general service descriptions are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted Site availability.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Alberta law, RealEstateAICo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from Site use or enablement services, including lost profits, lost leads or business interruption. Aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars unless a signed services agreement states otherwise.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify RealEstateAICo against claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your published content after human review, your violation of law or third-party rights, and your breach of these Terms — except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Alberta shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your province of residence.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes to active client relationships may also be communicated directly. Continued Site use after posting constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision shall be modified minimally to reflect the parties' intent where possible.
20. Entire agreement for Site use
For website browsing and general enquiries, these Terms together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding Site use. Paid enablement engagements are additionally governed by executed statements of work that prevail over conflicting general Terms where expressly stated.
21. Language
These Terms are drafted in English. If translated for convenience, the English version governs in the event of inconsistency.
22. International visitors
The Site is operated from Canada. If you access it from outside Canada, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Personal information is primarily processed in Canada as described in our Privacy Policy.
